Cat Endurance provides training and coaching to multi-sport athletes whether you’re new to triathlon, looking to increase your personal records, or a seasoned race veteran.

Beginner Triathlete

BEGINNER

Beginners are people that have always wanted to participate in a Triathlon or would like to introduce this type of training into a fitness regiment. You need help with gear selection, a training plan and looking to train for wellness or a to participate in a sprint distance triathlon. Don’t be nervous, this is the starting point!

Intermediate Triathlete

INTERMEDIATE

Intermediate people have got a taste for the multisport scene. They’ve got most of the gear, have put it to use and somewhat train regularly. People in this category are looking to take their training to the next level, increase personal records in short races, like a sprint or olympic distance race, or move on to longer distance races like a half triathlon.

Experienced Triathlete

ADVANCED

Advanced people eat, sleep and breath triathlon. They have competed in many races of both short and long distances and have adopted this sport as a lifestyle. People in this category are looking to increase speed, personal records, form picture perfect technique and are looking for a coach that can train them through the entire triathlete season.

Our monthly training plan includes diet/fueling, training and fitness evaluation plans based on personal goals or specific race types.  We’ll help guide you through the process, the gear, the techniques and the walls that you will hit when training!  • Fitness evaluation to see where you are beginning, including swim, bike and run test • Weekly training plan designed specifically for you and your goals • Weekly personal phone/email evaluation • Access to Training peaks software for day-to-day monitoring of workouts and progress by your coach. This includes monitoring your heart rate/wattage training zones. This helps you and your coach stay connected and keeps you accountable for your workouts! https://www.trainingpeaks.com/ • Group training on swim, bike and run with open water practice Your coach will detail out meeting times, group lessons and your schedule so you know exactly what to do on each day! Julia’s monthly training plan includes diet/fueling, training and fitness evaluation plans based on personal goals or specific race types.  This includes Cat’s run analysis and oversight of your weekly training, team group activities, plus Julia’s swimming coaching expertise.  • Group open water practice with Julia’s experience and skill in swimming coaching. Fitness evaluation to see where you are beginning, including swim, bike and run test • Weekly training plan designed specifically for you and your goals • Weekly personal phone/email evaluation • Access to Training peaks software for day-to-day monitoring of workouts and progress by your coach. This includes monitoring your heart rate/wattage training zones. This helps you and your coach stay connected and keeps you accountable for your workouts! https://www.trainingpeaks.com/ Your coach will detail out meeting times, group lessons and your schedule so you know exactly what to do on each day! Two meetings where we analyze your running technique and body weakness.  This is for athletes who do not want a monthly coach but they want to improve their running. • First meeting include running analysis with exercises and drills to make you a better runner • Pre-hab and rehab exercises • Second meeting will evaluate your improvements and new goals Price $200

Our monthly training plan includes everything you need to achieve your running goals.  Running analysis, diet/fueling, training and fitness evaluation plans based on personal goals or specific race types.  Several Team members have qualified for Boston with this coaching. • Run Analysis with drills and exercises to improve your running technique and avoid injuries • Meetings to talk and evaluate your progression, health and re-caliber as needed • Track group meetings • Basic TrainingPeaks software with your everyday plan training, personalized heart rate and pacing zones Price Range: $230 per month Please contact us for more information!!

CAT ENDURANCE COACHING

Our coaching philosophy is to help you get the most out you! I believe that you will become better athletes by paying attention to all the details from eating, training, sleeping, etc. I don’t believe in junk mileage, every workout has a purpose and I am here to help you reach your goals while you have fun doing it! Cat has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years training/coaching all different levels of people from beginners to advance, injured or just getting back at it. I am a certified USAT triathlete coach, ACSM and ACIM/PFIT Personal Trainer, Certified Mosa core. 10 years racing triathlon, from sprint to IM World Championship Kona finisher. Julia has been coaching all levels and abilities in swimming for 17 years and she added running and biking to her training.  She loves to help other overcome other to reach their goals, as they gain confidence and a sense of accomplishment.  She has a degree in Human Development and she is USA Swimming certified.

Catiana Brayton is from Argentina and living in the USA. From a young age Cat has always been very athletic enjoying any sport.  Cat fell in love with personal training, coaching and eventually found her passion within the Triathlete lifestyle.  When she is not swimming, biking, running or coaching you’ll find her enjoying her family and friends.   

Julia Merrill grew up in Western Washington, swimming became a passion for her when she was young.  She swam competitive at age group, senior, and collegiate levels.   Julia spends her free time with her husband, children and pets.

Her training plans are individualized for each of her clients, and she is truly interested in seeing you succeed at whatever level. She, also, fosters a sense of community with her other clients, offering group activities where we can push and encourage one another in our training. What I can tell you in the short time working with her is I am in a better place mentally and physically than I have been in a few years. As a serious age grouper I just thought the fatigue and injuries was age catching up to me. (racing at age 62 now) I have been doing Triathlons for 17 years now. I have had coaches in the past but Catiana's unique determination to guide me to my goals really stands out. Her workouts are doable and fit my lifestyle, having a achievable goal weather it is daily workout or a big race is very important.
